Lifetime is bringing back the beloved soap opera “All My Children” in the form of two TV movies. The films will feature original cast members from the show, which originally aired from 1970 to 2011. The announcement was made by actress Cameron Mathison, who played Ryan Lavery on the soap, during an appearance on “Home & Family” on Monday.

The first movie, titled “All My Children: The Wedding of Brooke and Adam,” will focus on the wedding of popular couple Brooke English and Adam Chandler. The film will explore the ups and downs of their relationship and the obstacles they face on their big day.

The second movie, “All My Children: The Mystery of Pine Valley,” will delve into the mystery surrounding the fictional town of Pine Valley. The film will follow a journalist who returns to her hometown to investigate a series of strange occurrences and unexplained disappearances.

Both films will reunite many fan-favorite characters from the original series, including Susan Lucci as Erica Kane, Michael E. Knight as Tad Martin, and Alicia Minshew as Kendall Hart Slater. The movies will provide closure for fans who have been eagerly awaiting a reunion of the beloved characters.

Lifetime has not yet announced the premiere dates for the TV movies, but fans can expect them to air sometime in 2023. The network shared a sneak peek of the upcoming films during Mathison’s appearance on “Home & Family,” which has only heightened the anticipation among fans.
